If you misplaced your card, you can temporarily disable the card by using Atlantic Union Bank's Debit Card Controls. This allows for some peace of mind with its virtual on/off switch. Log in to your Online Banking account or our mobile app and navigate to Debit Card Controls where you can set the personal card to "off." If you then find your card, it's just as easy to turn it back on. Card Controls provides the security of turning your card off with the convenience of not having to order a new one if it is simply misplaced.

If you do think the card was stolen or the search for it has proven to be unsuccessful, contact us immediately by calling 800-990-4828 or visiting your local branch to report it missing. We can issue you a new one, and you'll receive it in the mail. If you visit a branch, you can immediately get a temporary debit card for use while your new one is being processed.

If you believe you are a victim of identity theft, in addition to contacting us by phone or visiting a local branch, we also recommend contacting the three major credit bureaus to place a fraud alert on your file. Be sure to request a copy of your credit report to identify all unauthorized activity.

• Contact law enforcement. Keep a copy of the police report to show creditors.
• Close all accounts that might have been compromised or fraudulently opened. Identify these accounts by using the credit reports received from the three major credit bureaus.

• Monitor your accounts carefully for fraudulent activity online, by phone or with your monthly statements.
